Make Sure Your Name Is Written in the Book of Life

This sermon message was preached by Evangelist Ebenezer Udofia at Living Faith Apostolic Ministries. It has been adapted from the sermon portion of the video transcript into a detailed blog format for Bible study, Christian discipleship, local ministry outreach, and Google Ad Grants search visibility.

This sermon brought a serious and urgent reminder: make sure your name is written in the Book of Life. In Daniel 12:1, Scripture speaks of a time of trouble unlike any before it, but also declares that God’s people shall be delivered, every one whose name is found written in the book.

The message was not designed to create fear for fear’s sake. It was a call to preparation. The Bible speaks plainly about the last days, trouble among nations, and the need for believers to be ready. In uncertain times, the church must not become careless, distracted, or spiritually asleep. We must return to the foundation of salvation in Jesus Christ.

The sermon emphasized that deliverance is connected to belonging to God. Political opinions, religious labels, family background, and church attendance alone cannot replace the need for salvation. The most important question is not whether someone knows Christian language, but whether they have responded to the gospel, repented, and received the life that Jesus gives.

The Book of Life is a sobering biblical theme. Revelation 20 speaks of books being opened and another book, which is the Book of Life. This reminds us that eternity is real. Judgment is real. Salvation is real. The mercy of God is available, but it must be received.

The sermon also connected Daniel’s prophecy with the great tribulation and the unfolding of end time events. Whether a person is new to Bible prophecy or has studied it for years, the central issue remains the same: be ready. The believer’s confidence is not in world systems, economic stability, military strength, or human prediction. The believer’s confidence is in the Word of God.

For those searching for end times Bible teaching, Daniel 12 sermons, Christian prophecy, or how to be saved, this message provides a clear call. Do not wait. Do not assume tomorrow. Do not let confusion in the world distract you from the condition of your soul.

Living Faith Apostolic Ministries in Raleigh, NC teaches that Jesus Christ is the way of salvation. We believe the gospel must be preached to all nations and that every person should have the opportunity to respond to Christ. The mission of the church is not merely to comment on the times, but to preach salvation, pray for souls, disciple believers, and prepare people for the coming of the Lord.

The end time message should produce holiness, evangelism, prayer, repentance, and compassion. It should make us more serious about serving God and more committed to reaching the lost. If our study of prophecy does not lead us closer to Jesus, we have missed the point.

Today is the day to examine your life. Is your name written in the Book of Life? Have you surrendered to Jesus Christ? Are you ready to meet the Lord?

Come to Jesus. He is still saving. He is still calling. He is still able to deliver all who belong to Him.
